Root Canal Retreatment

Root Canal Retreatment is a dental procedure performed when a previous root canal treatment fails or when an infection returns in a tooth that has already undergone a root canal. The purpose of this procedure is to remove the infection or resolve the complications that may have caused the initial treatment to fail, ultimately saving the tooth. This process is often necessary when the original root canal did not fully address the issue, or new problems, like a crack or re-infection, have occurred.
